Disabled Avatar Display

everyone's avatars can be displayed except for me. i went to the FAQs and it said:

"It is up to the board administrator to enable avatars and they have a choice over the way in which certain avatars can be made available. If you are unable to use avatars then this is the decision of the board admin and you should ask them their reasons."

it used to work now it doesn't >___>;

but it also happen to me too sometime
like on other forums... i can't like change my display pic...
but i really don't know......
